I accept,PayPal,and Credit Cards. I ship your items within 1-3 business days. -CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel an order up to 2 days following a purchase as long as the item has not been shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled with the exception of extreme circumstances and will be determined by the shop owner.

All orders are final, no returns; however, if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please contact me! We make every effort to make sure that your item arrives to you in perfect,if the package arrives damaged for a refund or a replacement free of charge. Please keep the original item and all packing materia.You must report damage within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact me on Etsy or email: [email protected] and include a photo of the damage and your username. NOTE:Please remember that glass is fragile.Take care when setting it down or cleaning it. If you’ve filled your glass with sand or other heavy objects, always pick it up from the bottom to minimize risk of breakage.

Most items are processed within 1-3 business days, but please check the item description for more info. Most items are then shipped via 2-3 day ePacket. USA/UK/Canada/France/Australia/Russia orders are shipped via ePacket and usually take 6 to15 days. Ohter generally International Orders are shipped via china post air mail and takes 20 to 35 days to arrive unless customs causes a delay for some reason,If you have not received your order within 45 days from your purchase date, please Email:[email protected] contact customer care section to request a reshipment of your order. If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and processing charge equal to your original order.
